A riff on the espresso tonic, the Atomic & Tonic swaps out fresh-pulled espresso for Atomic Black coffee liqueur. Built over ice with tonic water and a lemon garnish, it's a refreshing, low-effort cocktail that's bright, buzzy, and effortlessly cool.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Atomic Black
  • 5 oz tonic water
  • lemon garnish

Instructions

  1. Start with a highball glass — taller the better. Chill it in the freezer if you can.
  2. Pour 2 oz Atomic Black into the glass. Fill to the top with ice.
  3. Top with about 5 oz tonic water. Stir gently to blend without flattening the bubbles.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist or wedge.
