1 oz Atomic Black
1 oz rye whiskey
2 dashes of orange bitters
orange peel for garnish

1. In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice (preferably large cubes).

2. Stir quickly for 20 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled double rocks glass over a large cube.

4. Garnish with an orange peel.

5. Enjoy!
