Sicilian Spritz
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz blood orange juice
- 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 1 oz Atomic Black
- 2 oz Prosecco
- soda water to top
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice. The more ice, the slower the melt and the longer the drink stays lively.
- Pour in the blood orange juice, Amaro Montenegro, and Atomic Black. Stir once to combine.
- Top with Prosecco, then a splash of soda water. Pour gently down the side of the glass to keep the bubbles alive.
- Express an orange peel over the top, then drop it in.
