Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz Atomic Black
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add whiskey, pineapple juice, Atomic Black, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 20+ seconds โ€” combining juice, citrus, and liqueur needs a solid shake.
  3. Double strain into a chilled double rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whiskey
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 6 oz Atomic Black
  • 6 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large pitcher or shaker with plenty of ice. Stir until chilled and well combined.
  2. Serve about 4 oz per drink over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish each with a pineapple wedge.
  3. Make-ahead tip: if storing in the fridge, add 4 oz cold water to account for dilution. Stir before each pour.
