Pineapple Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz whiskey
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz Atomic Black
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Add whiskey, pineapple juice, Atomic Black, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 20+ seconds โ combining juice, citrus, and liqueur needs a solid shake.
- Double strain into a chilled double rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Batch recipe (serves 8)
Ingredients
- 2 cups whiskey
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 6 oz Atomic Black
- 6 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large pitcher or shaker with plenty of ice. Stir until chilled and well combined.
- Serve about 4 oz per drink over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish each with a pineapple wedge.
- Make-ahead tip: if storing in the fridge, add 4 oz cold water to account for dilution. Stir before each pour.
