Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz Atomic Black
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz espresso or cold brew concentrate
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice—preferably larger cubes. The bigger the ice, the better the texture.
- Shake hard for at least 20 seconds. You want the shaker ice-cold and the liquid frothy. That signature foam on top comes from air and agitation.
- Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Use a fine mesh strainer in addition to your Hawthorne strainer to catch any ice shards.
- Garnish with three coffee beans — traditionally representing health, wealth, and happiness.
Batch recipe (serves 8)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Atomic Black
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup espresso or cold brew concentrate
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or large shaker tin. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, shake each portion (about 3.5 oz per drink) with ice for 20 seconds to build that signature frothy top.
- Double strain into chilled martini or coupe glasses.
- Garnish each with three coffee beans.
