Coffee Margarita

Coffee Margarita

3 min

A twist on the classic Margarita, this espresso tequila cocktail swaps orange liqueur for Atomic Black coffee liqueur, layering rich roast notes into the bright lime base. Balanced with agave syrup and built with equal parts tequila and lime juice, it's a bold, buzzy take on one of your favorite summer drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Atomic Black
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup
  • lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add Atomic Black, tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaker.
  2. Shake hard for at least 20 seconds — you want the tin frosty and the drink fully emulsified.
  3. Double strain into a chilled margarita or double rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
